Stay in Your Lane: Practice Rights Fundamentals

Stay in Your Lane: Practice Rights Fundamentals examines the practice rights of forest professionals under the Professional Governance Act (PGA).

The e-course begins by setting the legislative context, and unpacking the new definition of the practice of professional forestry. It then clarifies the difference between regulated and reserved practice, while outlining their scope and implications.

The e-course also explains the relationship between ABCFP registrant practice rights and other professionals under the PGA.

Estimated completion time: 45 minutes.

(Note: Upon signing up for an ABCFP e-course, you will receive two emails: the first confirming your registration; the second with a link to the learning materials. Links to the e-course materials can also be found under the E-Course Registrations tab on your Manage My Account page.)
