Practice Reminders

From time to time, the ABCFP staff meets with members, employers and government officials to discuss matters of concern to members and the profession. In some cases this has involved the review of an incident or specific situation where the outcome was questionable or resulted in a form of non-compliance with FRPA requirements. In other cases we review challenges that may be the result of systemic issues. While the issues discussed do not always warrant a formal complaint to the ABCFP, they often provide key learnings that are of value to the broader membership.
